Enter your B-form.
Now Form will open.
Put the required data in the form.
Upload your picture.
Now save the date.
Now download the form.
Print the form the form.
Pay the fees in the bank.
Paste your picture on the form.
Paste the challan form on the admission form.
Get the form attested by the headmaster of a government school.
Now submit the form to the BISE Lahore.
